As decreed by EU law, you hold the mortal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it — no reason required, no explanation owed.

To invoke this right, send a written request to info@metalthrone.gr before the 14-day veil closes.
Conditions of Return

Items must be unworn, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.

Products damaged, altered, or bearing the mark of wear cannot be returned — once touched by chaos, they cannot be restored.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. opened CDs, vinyls, intimate apparel, or consumables) may not be eligible for return.
Defective or Wrong Items

Should you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@metalthrone.gr
Provide clear photos of the issue — evidence from the battlefield.
- We will replace the item at no extra cost, or issue a full refund, including return shipping
Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Items must be returned using a tracked shipping method. We hold no responsibility for goods lost in the void during return transit.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

The refund is issued to the same payment method used in the original order (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

Shipping costs of the original order are refunded only if the entire order is returned.
Non-Returnable Items

Items created under special request (custom or limited editions) cannot be returned.

Digital goods (downloads, codes, vouchers) are final offerings — once received, they cannot be reversed.
